The Board Consists of the following Members .

Dr Margaret Oloo is a senior Medical Specialist in Paediatrics and Child Health with more than 30 years practice; she holds additional qualification in Health Care Management .
She worked as a Medical Superintendent for the former Kisumu District Hospital, and later became the founder and Managing Director of St Luke Medical Centre – Kisumu, a private referral facility.
Dr Oloo has supported grass-root development through membership of the Management Boards of various schools and tertiary institutions in Western Kenya and membership of CDF and NG-CDF Oversight Committees .
She is the current President of Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) for Western Kenya Region and a member of the National FKE Management Board .

Dr. Elijah O. Achoch is the Chairman of the Siaya County Public Service Board and of the Interview Panel of Senior Officers.

MR. JOSEPH RADING OTIENO MEMBER, CPSB . CHAIR– FINANCE, ADMINISTRATION AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

He is an accountant by Profession.
He is a holder of Masters Degree of Business Administration Finance from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Business Administration Accounting from Maseno University.
He has worked as a Town Treasurer in various Local authorities.

MRs. ANNE AKINYI LUDENYO MEMBER, CPSB. CHAIR– HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

She is an Agriculturalist by profession and an expert in Performance Management and Appraisal Systems, Result Based Management (RBM), Capacity Needs Assessment and employee mentorship.
Anne is a holder of a Bachelors degree in Horticulture of Egerton University and a Masters degree in Agricultural Production Value Chain Management from Larenstein University of professional Education in Wageningen - The Netherlands; a member of Kenya Society for Agricultural Professionals (KESAP).
She worked with the Ministry of Agriculture in various capacities and in various stations as a Lecturer (1985- 2005); Agricultural Extension officer (2005- 2011) and as County Coordinator of Agricultural Sector Development Program in Homa-Bay County (2011- 2016).

MR. MAGAGA ALOT MEMBER, CPSB. CHAIR– GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE

He holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Organizational Development from the United States International University (USIU), Nairobi. He has served as Information Officer of the United Nations; Public Relations Manager of the Kenya Commercial Bank; Head of Corporate Communications and Public Affairs of the East African Community; and Corporate Communications Expert under the EU-EAC Regional Integration Support Programme, (2009-2012)
He is also an author of several books, both fiction and non-fiction, and has written extensively on East African regional integration and development. |

MRS. JOAN ATIENO ODAWA MEMBER, CPSB. CHAIR– PUBLIC SERVICE TRANSFORMATION COMMITTEE

She holds a B.A ( Hons) Degree from the University of Nairobi, Master of Business Administration ( Entrepreneur ship option ) from Catholic University of Eastern Africa. She is Currently Pursuing a Ph. D.in Entrepreneurship at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
She is a Professional Administrator with Vast Leadership Skills in Administration and Human Resource Management among others.
She has served as a Member of Board of Governor's in Various institutions , Including Mary Hill Girls High School where she served as a Chairperson for Nine Years, Queen of Apostles Seminary, St John's Teachers Training College , Kilimambogo ,Huruma Girls High School ,St Mary's School , Yala and Radio Waumini.
She has also held Leadership Positions in United Business Association,Ladies Roundtable and Inner Wheel Rotary Club. |
